How do I book a property?

Choose your dates on the property page, then send an enquiry via WhatsApp or our contact form. Our team confirms availability and shares payment instructions within a few hours.

Are the listed prices final?

Prices shown are per night and exclude the once-off cleaning fee, which is listed on each property page. The booking summary on the property page calculates your full total before you enquire.

How do I pay?

We accept EFT bank transfer and major South African card payment links. A 50% deposit secures your booking. The outstanding balance, together with a refundable R1 000 breakage deposit, is required before check-in. The breakage deposit is refunded within 7 days of check-out, less any damages.

Question 4

Can I view a property before booking?

Yes — viewings are by appointment only and subject to availability, as our properties are often occupied by guests. Send us your preferred date and time via WhatsApp or the contact form and we'll confirm a slot.

Question 5

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund. Between 14 and 30 days, your deposit is forfeited. Within 14 days no refund is available, but we'll always try to reschedule.

Is my booking secure?

Yes — every enquiry is encrypted in transit, payments go to a verified South African business account, and every property in our portfolio has been personally vetted.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Accepted Answer

Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Many of our hosts accommodate flexible times when possible — just ask.

Are the properties pet-friendly?

A handful of properties welcome pets. Look for 'Pet friendly' in the amenities list or message us — we'll point you to the right options.

Do you offer airport transfers or extras?

Accepted Answer

Yes — our concierge can arrange transfers, grocery pre-stocking, private chefs and tours. Mention it in your enquiry.
